Japanese company purchases rights to publish books based on The Sniffer

On August 12, 2016, WTW Films Limited sold the rights to publish books in Japan as part of the distribution of television series The Sniffer. The deal also includes exclusive rights to produce comics, e-books, manga, and more, as well as to distribute them around the country in Japanese. It provides non-exclusive rights to adapt that content into other languages and sell it worldwide. The agreement permits the publisher to use the actual format of The Sniffer as well as individual elements of the idea.

The Sniffer is an original Ukrainian series, which premiered in 2013. The program became one of the highest-rated series in Ukraine and Russia, and broadcasting rights to the original version have been sold in over 60 countries worldwide.
